What did you order on your Big Daddy?

    Hi All,

I've decided on a Big Daddy but as a newbie hammock hanger, I'm not sure what options I should go for, if any.

So, those of you that own one, what options did you order with it?

Did you go for Line-Loc's, Tri-Loops, or just tie onto the web loops?

Did you go with side panel pulls, or just plain?

Did you get a ridgeline cord?

Tell me, I need to know! I can't even decide color at this point! I just know I want a Big Daddy!

    Regards,
    Ridge

    Hey Ridgway,
I own 3 WL tarps and like them all.
For me, Side panel pulls are a must.
They afford more head room and help stabilize the tarp in wind and weather.
After a couple of years I decided to add the pole mod.
Using the pole mod makes set up easier and allows a little more room.
In my opinion Side panel pulls for sure and the pole mod is a luxury that I never go without.
    Hope this helped.

I have a Bullfrog and went with the panel pulls and got the pole mod a few months later. I went with no other options. No tri-loops, no line locs or D rings. They're unnecessary and as for the continuous ridgeline I went with one from Dutch. 30' zing it with the tato tarp connectors, Dutch hook and tarp wasp already attached.

I'm happy this thread came up. I have a WarBonnet MambaJamba tarp right now but I have Wilderness Logics Quilts and I love the quality of them. I keep looking at the Big Daddy tarp. I like the tie outs better on it than on the Mambajamba and I like some of the add-ons that are available. I will be adding corner pockets and side panel pulls when I order one.
