    I did as well.

Not going to stress the structure as far as weight, haha. But maybe I can stress test it in other ways, like strapping it to the top tube of my bike and bouncing around for 100+ miles.

I'd be happy to pay shipping if you want to send one to New Zealand for testing.

I've asked for an application - design seems well-conceived, from one cottage guy to another.

Over the years there have been plenty of trees everywhere I go, but I've found that as crowds grow and rules related to hanging increase, there is a real need to have a good no-tree option. What was once a fun gadget is rapidly changing status to necessity.

I've purchased heavy pipe commercial constructed back yard stands and a "portable" Texsport one as well. They have a place but are cumbersome to take on the road.

I've built Turtledog stands and just can't get comfortable with a bar over my head.

I've built a Y.A.T.S. and have not gotten comfortable with the pounding of multiple rebar stakes, tension adjusting, and prefer something simple for a solo set up.

I've tried the Handy Hammock Stand and while I like the portability, we're back to multiple stakes and lines with which to deal.

While I've done a fair bit of DIY, my preference, at this point in time, is to purchase a turnkey system that is simple, effective, transportable, and reasonably priced. From what I see of this project, most of my "boxes" are being checked.

I look forward to following this story from design to testing to market to my gear pile.

Inquiry email is sent! I'm looking forward to this stand's market introduction, it definitely checks all of the boxes for a great idea. Thanks for the opportunity!

Latherdome and I had a very productive in person meet
ing today. We talked, set up different hammocks, loaded the system with my husband and me (together), tried some different tarps, and our 2 types of hammock chairs. All sucessful. Right now my husband is driving us home the 4 hours while Latherdome tries not to freeze on his 4 hour mototbike ride home the other way
Come check out the Tensa4 tensahedron stand and other hammock stands at http://www.TensaOutdoor.com and [email protected]
