Not sure how long they will last at this price. I know that they were selling at the $29.99 price but this drop in price, I would imagine, is to drive up sales numbers to move on up in the ratings at Amazon. I actually did the review for them and got this for free in return. But the review is totally truthful, it is a very nice tarp. You might not want to wait too long. Like the video said, it is a true 11' long across the ridgeline so that might help you determine if it will fit your needs.

I'm going to be doing some car camping soon with day hikes from a fixed location, so I think I'll finally get to use this tarp, which was an impulse buy last fall for occasions just such as this.

I pitched it yesterday for the first time to hook up RL and guy lines and it ain't half bad for $20 although far too heavy and bulky for backpacking, at least for a committed UL freakazoid. However, it looks like it could take a good beating from the weather with no problems, and the ridge seam is taped so no worries there. I used the supplied green cord for the corner tie-outs but I think those will have to be replaced because they absolutely disappear into the background and are a tripping hazard... I could hardly see them when I was standing right in front of them!

Recently used mine on a 3 day 2 night 60ish mile excursion, it worked great, even had a t-storm one night to test it out in, no leaks and I stayed dry.

I know I could shave a little weight by getting one made from lighter materials, and will one day, but my base weight was 13ish lbs and I was pleased with the tarp. I'm not quite a UL freakazoid haha, I like to consider myself "weight conscious".

I even used the stock cordage and stakes for the guy-outs, and it all worked well and held the knots I tied well. Not very reflective, tho.

All in all a great tarp, especially for the 20$ price-tag.

I’d be all over this if it were still available on Amazon.

Not quite as cheap, but close... a bit larger and a bit heavier, but picked up one of these to go with the onewind hammock cheap backup kit. It's "actually" pretty impressive when you consider the total package price and the fact it's ready to hang right out of the box. I don't know if it's the "best" deal on Amazon, but I'm hanging on to it.

Ahhh haha! I missed this originally. I had to give this a look, simply out of curiosity. Appears many more "random brand" (as I call them) tarps have popped up in its place. Not sure they're any good. W-UP BIRD. WTF
