In order: 2 views of Ottery Creek near our Friday night camp, large frozen puddle on the trail, an overlook from the OT, varied mosses and lichens, a close-up of one, frozen turkey tracks, another small glade opening with ice, a large rocky glade...

Still in order: view back towards the trail on the first rocky glade, fork in the trail going to Bell Mountain off the OT, my hangout at the top with DIY Tyvek tarp, Dutchware sock, and Alite Monarch chair, a view from the top on Saturday afternoon, a black wolf roaming thru our camp in the early Sunday fog (NOT REALLY! Dublinlin's awesome black shepherd Remington), 2 views of Joe's creek on the way back on the back loop of the trail...

I saw that and first thought, what kind of crazy trail marker is that? They're pointing in opposite directions!

Sorry I didn't get any pictures but did want to say how nice it was to meet so many new folks (and dogs) on this hang! You're a good bunch; really enjoyed finishing the loop hike the next day with Larry and Phil; thanks for walking out with me!

Thank you Jeremy for getting us going on this!!!

Someone should start a thread for another hike for later this winter or early spring!!

Hey, Lucid, I apologize again for Rem surprising you with that wet slobbery kiss across your face at the crack of dawn Sunday morning as you were peacefully laying still half asleep in your hammock! There are disadvantages to being well-liked by that dog!

Hey, it's great experiences like this that make life FUN! I can't wait to see your pics, as I typically don't take many of myself visible in my hammock. It was great to hang out with y'all.

Wanted to give a shout out and many thanks to 20below (and his wife the cook) for the most awesome chili Friday night. The venison blend was superb!
