When you see this in the trailhead parking lot (minus the kayak), you'll know it's me. It looks a little golden in the morning light here, but it's really titanium gray. Are we gonna eventually do a roll call to get a headcount?

I'm going to find the cold snowboarding tomorrow at Hidden Valley, about 17 miles from my home. Just so I can remember what real cold is like the following weekend on our soggy bottom hang!

if a headcount is being taken, I’m bringing a friend and my 15 year old daughter. It looks at this point like no dog, though, sadly. We’ll be coming in a black Lincoln Aviator.

If so, I’ll be by myself. My daughter is headed back to school this week.

Are we meeting in the Ottery Creek parking lot? Is that the correct Trailhead? I was looking for directions online and am guessing the Ottery Creek Trailhead is the Hwy A Trailhead?

And my headcount looks like it is changing to my daughter and myself and our dog unless rain drops out of the forecast, in which case our friend will be joining us, too.

We still will be in a black Lincoln Aviator.
