Tips on install of adjustable wall anchors

I just got the Dutchware adjustable wall anchors and wondering if there is any tips or tricks anyone had in installing and using them.
The area for screws looks like they take shallow headed countersunk screws, and I was wondering if this has been an issue in holding securely.

I dont have one of these, but if it was me id want to use a lag screw, but that would be in the way of moving up or down, so maybe buy structural screws, not cheap but i think stronger then a lag screw/bolt anyways.

Yeah big lag bolt for the top and bottom. That way it looks like you're only losing a few holes of adjustment. For the one in the center, something like a Spax screw would seem OK.

I've been fine with a single eye bolt, so anything like this with 3 screws would give me plenty peace of mind even if they wern't the strongest screws.

I'm currently using a #10 screw at 3.5" long. I've both GRK R4 (from Amazon) and similar screws from Fastenal (I believe the guy behind the counter called them multi-purpose deck screws).
I made sure that I was as exactly centered on the stud as I could then pre-drilled before driving the screws.
I've had 240# in my hammock and a 5# blanket over the SRL with no creaking.
I've only used my setup about a dozen times for daytime naps.

    Thanks All
i installed with lag bolts top and bottom holes ans wood screw in center
this holds well and gives me about full range of adjustment
This makes the indoor hang perfect ans so easy to just unclip one side to move the hammock out of the way when not in use

I have a set I made in my house. Try to mount them near a corner where there is the most support and use something like these. Structural header screws. They are rated for force that will be applied.

I have simple eye-screws in one room, but I'm thinking about setting up a hammock right next to my bed with the intent of sleeping in it more often. I may go with a set of these for the adjustment even though they are much more conspicuous. I have a pretty good spot for them going from a corner of the room to closet door frame, about 15' apart. I'll just need to calculate the proper height, measure and re-measure 5 times, then go for it!

Someone mentioned they are "rattly"...I hope they're not too bad.

My back feels much better in the morning after sleeping in the hammock, so that's my motivation.

I used lag bolts and put them on corner posts. You do lose a couple of holes of adjustment, but I don’t find it an issue.

They only rattle a little until loaded with weight, then nothing is moving.
