It may be your internet provider it happen a couple weeks ago to a customer could not get to our site , i told him to try with his phone without the wifi and it worked so he contacted the provider and they fixed the problem..

Yes, Thanks to Marty my situation was fixed by calling my internet provider. They said it seemed my ip address was blocked for some reason. They had to change my address and then the website worked just fine. They said it wasn't the website itself but possibly the hosting server? I dunno but call your provider. They'll get it sorted out.
