I know HG's incubator has a specific head end and foot end, but Locolibre's habanero and UGQ's Zeppelin don't seem to have one, meaning you can reverse the head end and foot end.
Can you confirm that ?

My Habanero has a head and foot end.
I have habanero's as well. Pretty sure they're symmetrical and only the reason there would be head/foot ends is for consistency, so that you don't have to make drastic readjustments of the suspension and cinch cords. You should ask George in the LLG forum.
UGQ does have the head indicated buy a white tab, but I can't really see the difference between the head and the foot. I'm sure if you messed it up it would not be detrimental, as it it would with an HG one.
Double checked my Habanero. The head end tapers to 36" and the foot end tapers to 32".
The Habanero definitely has a head and foot end. George uses different color carabiners to differentiate the two. The foot end is more tapered.

UGQ also has a pair of small shoulder hooks on the head side.
The head end on the habanero is the end with the product tag and silver carabiner. The habanero has a different taper on each end.

That is correct, there is a head and foot end identified in several ways. There is two white tabs on the head end, the UGQ labels are on the head end, and lastly the Pack Hook Shoulder Locks are located at the "Shoulders" of the quilt. Our instructions provided with each quilt references the white tabs as the head end.
OK, thank you very much for all these detailed answers.
