Well, here I thought I was fairly adept at computers and forums in general. I spend 15 minutes trying to figure out how to "Say hello" here only to FINALLY realize that I had failed to log in!
Not a lot of experience in Hanging, but I purchased a BearButt hammock and a stand (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0...?ie=UTF8&psc=1) and used it in my hotel room at an event back in April.
Then I tried it last month on a 4 night camping trip with my family. My son stole my set-up every chance he got.
I do believe I'm addicted now.
Reasons I believe this to be true:
Built a no sew PLUQ.
Added the Costco Down throw (https://www.costco.com/Double-Black-...100314979.html)
Bought a BearButt hammock for him.
Built a PLUQ for him.
Just built my first Turtledog stand. (There really IS a use for that Trigonometry they made us learn in High School and College!)
Discovered Dutchwaregear.com and already placed 3 orders there (and planning out my 4th).
Watched too many Shug Videos on U-Tube.

bug. Next thing you know, you'll be using acronyms and abbreviations for Calf Ridge Pressure CRP caused by short hammocks and Cold Butt Syndrome CBS. You'll be hollerin Whoooooooooo Buddy and going to group hangs, drinking coffee heated on alcohol stove.
