Hi, Ali / Alia (?). You might be better looking on more general camping forums for this rather than a dedicated hammock forum.

They usually have lots of lists of what to take.

Oh, and don't forget to take a radio to listen to the Aussies beat you in the next Test!

Basics for survival, insulation IE clothes, blanket or sleeping bags to keep you warm down to the coldest expected temperature plus some. Enough food and some kind of water filter or purification device. Shelter, something that you know will keep you dry if you're going into nasty weather. first aid kit, some way to communicate with other people in case you need help. A way to make fire in an emergency to keep you warm however this time of year be very careful with it. Any medication you might be taken. Don't forget extra socks and make sure your shoes are comfortable and won't give you bad blisters. These are pretty much the basics, everything else would be considered a luxury items to make your trip more enjoyable and comfortable. just don't take too much as to weigh you down, anything over 35 lb is going to make a long hike less enjoyable.
By all means, let's argue about whether or not a hammock will hurt a tree. All the while ignoring the fact that there is an island of garbage the size of Texas floating in the Pacific ocean. Or how about the fact that over 75% of the world's nuclear reactors are leaking...

    1. Pad or Underquilt.
    2. Coat or jacket.
    3. Hat.
    4. Medication.
    5. Clean socks for each day.
    6. Spray Benadryl. Just in case you get into something itchy.
    7. Map.
    8. First Aid Instructions, bandages, wipes, blister treatment kit, scissors, cold pack and a hot pack, tweezers and tape. Soap is also important. A clean BUFF has a lot of uses in an emergency.
    9. I always take two Vicodin tabs, just incase I get hurt.
    10. Plain old sealable baggies.
    11. Something to remove ticks if they are out during your expedition.
