Just my thought, but the rules should be posted as a site topic so it can be easily found. I've been searching for the rules and for something that important it shouldn't be this difficult to find.
Can't delete thread so.....I located the rules in the announcements forum under "terms of service"

The Terms of Service (TOS) are something you have to agree to when you first sign up for an account on Hammock Forums.
