    Cheapest usable hammock

Yesterday I took delivery of a couple of hammocks that for both I paid a grand total of £11 delivered. Now I dont think for a second that people would rush out and trade in thier chameleons for a cheap chinese hang but for the money these things are great. When the kids want something to abuse it's there at less than a cost of a movie ticket. I am stocking up so the next family gathering I have these things will be dotted around the woods everywhere.

The moan at the end is just that a lot of dog owners do my nut in.

I have a couple of hammocks I picked up for very cheap - jungle type with the bug net. Regular price is around $25, but I got them for $5 each. They work decently and I've camped with them. Hopefully they'll last long enough for me to replace them with an ENO or Warbonnet.

I'm sure you've heard this a million times over, but you'll be much happier with the Warbonnet (or any other cottage manufacturer) than you will an ENO. ENO's are too short, very heavy for their size, and very expensive. Now I'm not trying to diss on anyone with an ENO, I started out with one myself, but I would just suggest you take a look at some of the other great cottage vendors we have around before making your final decision. Happy Hanging!

Thats awesome, I use mine for the kids but have got my diy uq (old envelope sleeping bag) with added tarp clips to add wool blanket when under performing. Also have extras on shoulder and feet positions to attach to hammock preventing slipping. A cheap TW ultra light tarp and a costco throw for a tq. whole kit cost me about £50. You now have me wanting to try them all together.

Here is one from Amazon. I purchased one for $10.99 and it included some premium straps. The beener was questionable but for the price, the straps are worth more than that. I actually purchased a set of the same straps a while back for the price of this hammock. Keep an eye on the price because this price goes up and down like a yoyo... Catch it when low and make the deal. As to the quality. I love mine. It is about 9 1/2 feet long and 5 1/2 feet wide. Very well made and comfortable. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B06WP57DPS...d=SOOKR3CTQWS4

Thank you, bobamos! I need a hammock by Saturday so I stepped up the amazon delivery. Even with express shipping, total was about $17.00!

Glad you got one. Still very well worth the $17. The straps are the Daisy Chain style and are worth the price alone. The Beeners are questionable though. Not sure they will hold the weight. Mine have held my 170lbs nicely but ya just don't know....
