Really no fear of anything the slithers, walks on 4 legs, or crawls. Obviously some things I like better than others and I have a healthy respect for all wildlife. Now that is not the case for things walking on 2 legs. Those I try my best to avoid.

I did and like many things in nature, bears, snakes, bees in all their various forms, I would respect them and do my best to avoid them but fear them???? Not so much. Fear clouds the mind.

Drop bears are pretty much the only thing I worry about at night that my bug net won't handle.

During the day it's any one of the 21 out of the 25 most venomous snakes in the world!

An Aussie will always win this game. I'm not sure Australia is really meant to have people on it... Even the moths in Australia are savage...

Black bears, raccoons skunks are very common around here. I don't really fear them but they do come around at night. I'm thinking about deploying fishing line and fish alarm around the camp parameter to alert me when one comes around.

    Wondering if anyone does this.

Bears are a scary idea, but something in my crazy brain would be happier to see a bear than a wasps nest. I got swarmed when I was about 6 or 7 by wasps(UK) (yellow jackets? In the US) I was stung well over 250 times. They are a little painful but harmless unless you have an allergy. However that whole event gave me an ungodly fear of flying stingers. Spider for the most part, are fine, as are Ants and other bugs... Even bees I am cool with just hornets and wasps.

I've never even seen a skunk, other than Pepé Le Pew, I'd quiet like to see one(as long as it's calm and not wanting to squirt smelly stuff.

And as for raccoon how could you not welcome these adorable creatures... Lol
