I've slept in a hammock for the past four years. Can't stand a bed anymore. I need to fix a spot outside to sleep more often now.
I have been hanging inside full time with my streamliner for the last 9 months.
I hang next to a bed and have no desire what so ever to use the bed for sleeping. The hammock is now it.
I have suffered from back discomfort for to many years and beds did not help. With the hammock my back issues have reduced significantly.
Then you have the warmth factor. I have just made it through winter and to be snugged up in a cocoon of quilts is winter bliss, it is a level of comfort that is hard to achieve in a bed.
lol it adds to the feel hahaha
Beds are for laundry. And recreation.

Added me to the list as I'm going on 3 weeks now. I came back from scout camp (and my hammock) and when I got up the next morning my back was not happy. It picked up a $9.99 hammock off Woot and put that up in the spare bedroom. It has been bliss ever since.
Just got back from a weeks vacation and had to sleep in a bed. I'd wake up at 4 a.m. every morning with back pain. After one night home in the hammock the back feels great. As a side note, we went to Utah for my son in laws graduation from physician assistants school. He told me the one of his classmates was sleeping in his hammock at a campground spring through fall to save on rent. I wanted to meet the guy and talk shop but my grand daughter bogarted all my free time. Totally worth the back pain.
