I currently have an 11' UGQ WinterDream with no panel pulls. How effective will this be on a ridgerunner, or do I need a different tarp? If so, what would y'all recommend? Thanks for your input!

The RR's suspension is more than 11' from apex to apex, where the amsteel comes together in the form of a triangle, so if you have doors on your current tarp you won't be able to close them completely, that's the one downside,...from my perspective. No doors then the 11' will do fine I would imagine. Good luck, and if you do get a RR you're going to love it. Best lay I've experienced since my entry into hammocking.
As for panel pulls, or lack of I'd highly recommend them as then either with a pole mod or simply tying them out to trekking poles, sticks, limbs or trees you'd gain more living space and avoid possible contact with the tarp's sides. As for recommendations we all have our own preferred choics obviously. For me Simply Light Designs's 13' w/panel pulls is a work of art, nothing short of superior craftsmanship and is perfect for my RR. And Jared, the owner, designer and maker of that Winter Haven will 'knock your socks off' with his customer service.

I use a SimplyLightDesigns 12 ft Winter Haven and the doors will nearly close as shown here:
I already have a RR and have been selling off all my GE gear because I love it so much. Sounds like a new tarp will be a part of my new equation!
I use either the Superfly or Eno's Housefly. Nearly identical dimensions, pack up to the same weight, they just have different ways to pull back the doors (Eno design actually wins this time). Doors close enough around suspension that I'm okay in a downpour or heavy wind. When it's really cold I bought the Spindrift but haven't tried it yet...
I bought a 13ft Winter Dream from UGQ. It encloses the entire Ridgerunner where my Superfly covers the RR the doors don't close all the way.
Hanging in the woods, paddlin and catching trout- My kind of living...
I have a Gargoyle Creation, lots of room for my RR.
I've been impressed with my cheap(er) MEC silnylon guides tarp. It's a basic, square cut tarp that has irregularly spaced tie outs (intended for a one pole ground shelter) that work well for the Ridgerunner spreaders. At 12.8 feet long it covers the Ridgerunner nicely.
