Yep ! I also use a SynMat https://goo.gl/i8vXKJ very happy with it, good quality. At first thought to be kind of pricey but quality is excellent, microfiber filling, good customers reviews
Klymit Static V Insulated works perfect
I had tried an Exped 9 Wide in my RR, but ultimately i decided i only want to carry a single type of insulation for now, so i returned the exped and went with the ridge creek XL UQ, which really wasn't much more than an exped 9, and cheaper if you got it during his recent sale. If i do end up getting a pad later i would skip the exped and get the 30" Klymit Static vluxe, thats a few inches bigger than the Exped, and i noticed my arms were kinda on/off of the pad with the Exped 9 Wide.
I've used my RR with a Big Agnes Insulated Z Mat and while it feels like I am floating on air, it really throws the balance off and makes it very "tippy". I am going to try a Thermarest Ridgerest non inflatable next. I also have a couple of Arrowhead's full length Ridgecreek XL UQ's and am still testing them. They seem well make and they do fit very well. I'm still playing around with different insulation options/combinations myself...
I have a 20° ambush and a double layer RR. I have never tried, but am curious about slipping a CCf pad into the double layer along with the UQ - what the approximate attainable low would be?

Wider the pad the better. 30" would be ideal. I got along fine with 25" thermarest/exped plus UQ when needed. I preferred pad with shortened head bar-great for side-sleeping

I have used the Inflatable pad in the Ridgerunner but I do prefer the UQ. I may have inflated it a but too much, next time I try it I will leave it a bit under inflated. I have a Arrowhead Ridge creek, and a Ridge creek XL is on the way. I hope to layer them to get down to near 0.
Has anybody used a inflatable pad and a UQ?
