Video: week of hammocking and hiking in the San Juans between Durango and Silverton

Some shots of my Warbonnet Blackbird, AHE Shangri-La Tarp and JRB quilts in the video - mostly in the pouring rain!! I have to say, despite it's compact size, the AHE tarp did a great job of keeping me and my gear dry all week long as it rained every afternoon. I was the only hanger on this trip, and the other campers thought for sure I was going to be soaked and cold, but nary a drop got on my hammock and quilts.

Lots of scenic hikes on this trip. If you ever get the chance to spend some time in this area, do it!!

Voice: based on all the feedback I have started reading audiobooks for Librivox. Thanks for speaking up! Yes, the base camp was Chris Lake group camp.

They really are fantastic - my first trip there, definitely not the last!
