    Warbonnet service

I hate to start a thread just to say how good Warbonnet is, but it is worth it. I have the BB and XLC and was dying to try the RR. I am an impulse buyer/planner so I emailed them on Monday and told them I wanted a RR by Thursday for a trip I last minute planned. Totally not fair to them for that, but I received an email with a tracking that says my RR will be here on Thursday. I have some good sleep in the XLC but I have to fiddle with it forever. I either have some shoulder squeeze, calf ridge or something. I struggle getting the foot end higher than the head and keeping the 30 degree angle on both ends, the underquilt (hammock gear) sliding off, etc. I am hoping the RR will be alot less trouble and easier to set up. If I like it I will order the Lynx and if I don't like it I will just sell it and get the wookie for the XLC and continue to tweak. Anyway, just wanted to say they are great!

I have a Wooki for my XLC and a Lynx for my RR. I received my 40º Wooki in plenty of time for my recent fishing/camping trip. I ordered it about two weeks before leaving and it arrived with a week to spare. Love the service, but I especially love the products!

If you end up wooki/xlc combination a little practice will cure all the fiddle factor, at least it did for me. The only thing I didn't like doing is tieing the ribbon through the loop on the wooki at night. I solved that issue by just adding a kam snap and issue solved. They have a revised setup instruction on there website, or at least I just discovered it that helped me a lot. Best wishes!!

    Warbonnet service

I use my RR above 20*. I use my XLC and 0* wookie below 20*. You are really going to like the RR.

I bought a RR first and used it a few times and liked it. Then WB had a sale on the XLC, and after using it I found myself preferring it to the RR. Easier setup, more stable, more packable- the XLC is now my hammock of choice.

Warbonnet service is second to none! My orders are always right, they're complete, billed correctly and on time. What more could you ask for? Oh, right and they ALWAYS respond to emails!

I love my Ridgerunner, Spindrift and Superfly - these are an awesome combination of great product and great service.

Can you explain a little more? Not sure the ribbon you are talking about or how you cured it. Sounds like something I need to learn lol. I may not like the RR but curiosity got the best of me. I have not really heard many people say they weren't comfortable. Only downfalls I have heard were weight and need trees spaced a little further apart.
