Hey everyone, I don't check in on HF very often, but I really love these group hangs. Someone asked to bring the Amok. I sold v3 but I have a v1 to show and sell. Unfortunately, I don't have the inflatable pad required to make it work. Does anyone have a large inflatable pad they could bring? Something like an Exped SynMat UL?
I plan on coming Thursday night and leaving Saturday morning.

I'm planning on coming up Friday night and maybe staying till Sunday morning. My plans are in flux because of a crazy work thing. What can I bring food wise to contribute to the group? I won't have time to make bread.

I'm planning on Thursday to Saturday with the potential for Sunday.

I'm new to the whole group hang and would like to contribute. I don't cook/grill for myself that often so my skills would lead to everyone learning how to survive some affliction as a result of said cooking/grilling. With that said, any suggestions on food that I should bring up for the whole group?

Past hangs have had a surplus of main courses (meat, etc.), snacks (chips) and desserts, but fewer sides. You could stop at the deli counter of your local grocer and pick up potato salads, beans, slaw, etc. that could be shared.
Example: I am bringing home-smoked beef brisket and a batch of my wife's homemade cookies. Anything that would go with that would be helpful.
Just a suggestion.

p.s. Don't forget something to pass around the campfire (other than gas...) I'm going to pick up a bottle of local Tucson craft whisky if I can get to Total Wine before departing.

Hmm, I have sausages, eggs, muffins, buns - Redfish has Hamburgers covered, I don't see any chips and salsa mentioned, potatoe salad is good, Pasta Salad keeps well, Three Bean Salad
You know Hound, I don't think we have any picky eaters in this group - you can bring a cheese plate or nothing at all - as Redfish said no one will go hungry and I don't weight myself except once
a year but AZsteelman has it pegged about right at 5 pound gain.
