    @Phantom Grappler

    As a forum noob, I accept all ribbing and hazing as is due my station. And I probably would have forgotten a chair had I not been reminded.

    Can anyone bring large tarp and or pop-up just in case of ☔️ rain
    Maybe umbrella, poncho, raincoat will remember to be packed.

    I've just gotten back from my first group hang, the Hunger Hang at the Merchants Mill Pond. I head hasn't recovered yet from all the experiences and learning it had to soak up but I now know how great these hangs are - and I want MORE!

    I think I learned more over the two days with some of the members showing me hands-on how to set up my hammock and underquilt than all the years here reading about it and fumbling through. It was such a great weekend with fabulous people. So now I'm hoping to try hang number two on Friday through Sunday at Yates. I should be able to make it, just one detail to work out still that could get in the way. I should know late tomorrow for sure.

    Gunner tells great stories.
    Read page one and some other posts.
    Our BBQ might not be exactly like your Down East Barbeque--you might have to have seconds to get where you acquire a taste for it.
