Dual Side by Side Hammocks: Which Tarp?

Wondering if any of you Chameleon owners have tried Dutch double whoopies or double beetle buckle in a dual side by side setup. How was it?
If so, which tarp would you recommend or would be appropriate? 3 Season is fine.

Have a feeling that Hex tarps will not be wide enough for two 11 footers side by side.

A 12' x 10' rectangular tarp -- like the SLD Trail Duster 2.0 or the UGQ Rectangular Series -- is sufficient to shelter two 11-foot gathered-end hammocks with a 36 (or shorter spreader bar) with a relatively high, wide pitch, unless the wind gets really bad. A 12' x 12' rectangular (or, in many cases, winter) tarp is even better, and with the use of panel pull-outs, poles, and/or guy lines, can be more effectively contoured to provide better protection for tandem hammocks in more severe weather.

I DIY'd a 12' x 10' rectangle tarp that works very well over two hammocks, as does my more generous 12' x 12' DIY all-season tarp...

I have a Kelty Noah's 12'x12' Tarp that I got from Amazon for around $60. It's actually really nice for the price, but it's not a lightweight option if you're a gram-counter. It has a bunch of tie-outs/pull-outs and is cat-cut so you can pull in the corners as doors.

I use it for my son and me when we double hang in our Chameleons and so far it's been perfect!

Here's a DIY xenon winter tarp that's worked pretty well for double hanging. It's about 12x10.

I double hang using Dutchware Double Whoopie Hooks, Dutchware Spreader Bars, and Dutchware Tarp Pole Mods under a Warbonnet Superfly (11'x10'). I have used a WB Blackbird XLC and Dream Hammock Dangerbird which are close in size to the Chameleon. It works very well. However, you need to be careful with the spreader bar end in storm mode. The spreader bar can come in contact with the tarp fabric causing excessive wear or worst case a puncture which would require patching.

An internal pole mod on the spreader bar end would most likely alleviate the issue. Dutchware has 10ft poles on sale right now so I'll be doing some experimenting. I'm also looking into shortening the spreader bar by a couple of inches as well. If I weren't thread-injection challenged, I would jump on the Xenon Sil Wide that is on sale for $5/yd and DIY a 12' tarp with internal pole mods. ETA: UGQ has their WinterDream 12 on sale right now, I ordered one with the center and end pole mods and ordered poles and shock cord from Dutchware. It is narrower than the Superfly at 116" wide but it with three spreader bars it should work very well.

I have used a Cloud Burst for double hanging with a spreader bar, and it works fine.

I switched to an HG Winter Palace to get some extra width, and, in a storm, I did get the "worst case" Samuel mentions. Always carry Leukotape.

    Nowadays, I use this:
