We are pleased to announce the release of our Burrow Econ 50 just in time for the hot summer months, where you might need just a little bit of downy goodness to keep you warm. Colors and options are the same for this quilt as our other Econ quilts, along with those sweet $ savings.

Our top quilts are built with a standard Half-Taper design.

Yet just this quilt is:
Our Burrow 50 top quilt is built with a Full Taper design.
Custom work is available if you have different requirements.

Sure thing f1prb22! So our Burrow 50 and Burrow Econ 50 are primarily down throw quilts that work really well in a hammock. We used to offer straight taper and half taper designs on our quilts, but have since changed to a half taper design only. The exception being the Burrow 50 and Econ 50 versions. If you just need a little something to take the nip out of the air in a hammock, go with the 50 degree. If you need more substantial warmth, the 40 degree quilts and below are recommended. The half taper design means the quilts stay the same width until about your hips, then tapers down to the footbox width. In a straight taper quilt, the width goes from 50 inches (or 55 inches on the wide) straight down to 40 inches at the foot end.
