Glad this thread came back up. Just pulled the trigger on a Winter Haven this morning. Jared had to order the material for it since he didn't have the color in stock, but I bet it still takes less time to show up in my mailbox than some vendors. I had a hard time deciding between the Winter Haven or a Warbonnet Superfly, but in the end I decided to show SLD some love.

Very nice video! I am ordering either a SLD Winter Haven, an UGQ Winter Dream, or possibly the Warbonnet Superfly, today! I have to order today in order to receive it on time for my next overseas trip in a few weeks. On the SLD website, they offer an internal pole mod. Has anyone seen this? Is it similar to the WinterDream? Has anyone owned several of these tarps that could compare? Any advise would be appreciated. I am headed to SE Asia in the peak of the rainy season, so Ill need some good protection this time, and prefer as much room as possible inside, which is why I am considering the WD or WH in 12', with the interior double pole mods. Thanks!

I wonder how many Winter Haven tarps were sold because of the OP's video. Lol! I know it played a big part in me pulling the trigger on one.

All of the above praise for Jared and his Winter Haven are exceedingly well deserved. My order for the same tarp, a 13' footer, was placed online late on a Friday and was delivered the following Monday,...less than 72 hours, and a custom order to top it off! He must monitor his incoming emails 24/7 given the speed/promptness of his replies to inquiries. Truly at the top of the many excellent cottage vendors from whom hammock products can be purchased.

I just got in the 90 degree Winter Haven. This thing is seriously awesome. The poles weigh over a pound, but I'm thinking its totally worth it.

Like others, I ordered on Wednesday and received on Saturday. Unbelievable. SLD needs its own page on the manufacturers forum. If there was a hammock Hall of Fame Jared would be a lock for a gold jacket.

Hey, just seeing this. I have a few pics of the tarp from the inside. I am getting ready to leave for another overseas trip in a few days, so its all packed up right now. Ill see if I can grab a few pics in porch mode while on the trip as well. Anyways, here are some pics of the inside with the poles in, and setup with my 11" DH Sparrow staked out and unstaked. I hope this helps!
