    Chameleon Question

Are you able to order the bugnet and top cover after the fact? Or are you stuck with buying them at the same time as the chameleon like the BB XLC?

It's one of the advantages of a fully modular system.

I even bought Vision zippers from Dutch and made my DIY hammock "Chameleon-compatible".

I didn't know that's a thing. Wouldn't the shape of your edges be "wrong" for the chameleon tops?

As I understand it, the Cam is symmetrical w/o the winter cover or net and when they are put on their shape plus the pullouts make it become asymmetrical. If I am incorrect someone please get me straight on this.

yepp! You can buy the hammock body now, the net next month and the cover the month after that. Kinda awesome that way. I'm thinking of buying a couple different color top covers so I can have some variety during cooler months.
