    Lite Owl Wider Version

I have a Lite Owl, which is my favorite hammock, but am curious about the wider version. Any Lite Owl (or for that matter Night Owl or Snipe) owners who have the new wider version and will share their impressions? Though I am average height and don't need a wider version, I often have wondered if a wider version would be an improvement. To the extent the extra width tends to flap in the wind, I don't think it would bother me, but again would appreciate hearing from someone who owns or has tried the real thing. Thanks in advance for any feedback.

Yeah man just got a new lite owl a while back. Now I'll say that I love the compactness of my standard. This wider version is so comfortable it's in believable. Can't decide if it's better than my bridge. Can't tell. Went to the top of my grab bag I says.

I have a custom made lite owl with knotty mods. 12x6 Hexon wide 1.6
    Very comfortable--thanks Marty at WildernessLogics.
If you are a hiking backpacking camper--you might try 11 and half feet by 5and a half feet.
I think both extra width and length add comfort.
    HYOH and good luck!

Thanks guys for the quick help on this. Sounds like a wider Lite Owl would be even more of a really good thing, as I suspected.
