I've slept in it enough to know, it's the right hammock for me. I have a double layer wide, I'm 6', and weigh 215#....

Did you go double layer for bugs or too put a pad inbetween?

I live in eastern Ohio, bugs aren't a problem here. I went double layer, for the option of a pad, reflectix, the combination of both, or some company of the female variety.
That being said, I plan on an underquilt for both the Chameleon and my new WBBB XLC, which is also a DL, heavyweight, that my son has claimed.

My only dislike is how often I'm on dutchs website. But on a serious note I'm 6 foot 200lbs and I found the wide to be too wide. I'll be selling mine once my regular width shows up.

I live in Florida and ordered a double layer Chameleon. But I chose 1.6 Hexon in and out. I just thought that the 1.6 would be more robust. But I guess the 1.0 Hexon is softer and would be good on the inside.

MY favorite has got to be the Sidecar. Love that thing and I may add a second one. I might like it more than the hammock!! I added a pocket to mine as well as a RL organizer.IMG_3476.jpg
I would rather be in the woods... my dog would rather be in the pool. My wife thinks we are both nuts.
