I wish I would have found this thread BEFORE I bought my Chameleon, I would have gotten TWO peak bags. Dang it!

I don't have a wooki, never even touched one so take anything I have to say about it with a grain of salt.
Do you have the wooki xl or regular? The chameleon is 11', so the xl would be the logical choice. That said, I'm sure you could fit even the regular. It would be just a matter of extending the wookie suspension. You can read over the many pages of the clews thread for clues. For example, I use mini-ucr's to adjust my 3/4 clews, but the clew is made up of shock cord. The major difference with the wooki though is that it needs the extension(s) to be stretchy, like shock cord.
If the wooki should turn out to be a bit longer than the chameleon, I imagine you could always fold one or both ends over and whip it like a hammock.
There are many who have adapted their wooki's to other hammocks, so I'm confident that with a little ingenuity you'll figure it out in no time.
I pulled the trigger on a chameleon a couple of days ago here in the uk. It's going to replace my DD superlight which my kid will then use.
What's the talk about a wide option?! I didn't see the option when ordering. I'm 6'1 and 215lbs, should I have got the wide version?
Hope the customs charges are minimal.. this could be the start of a deep rabbit hole with Dutch gear and chameleon add ons!
I'm 6'2 190 and I find the regular plenty wide for me

I've been switching back and forth from WBBB XLC -> DD Frontline -> Chameleon. I wanted the XLC, delivery, customs etc (I'm in the UK) put me off so I looked at the DD. However, it's a compromise, and I'd always have in the back of my mind that I should have gone for an eleven footer being 6'1".
I think the Chameleon will be my choice, it's a little bit cheaper than the WB and shipping is $40 less - however this reading about the peak shelves is bumping up the cost but they look like the dog's danglies.
So, how do I know if I'm laying in it properly? (Yes, I'm a noob). Slept in it twice already and was comfortable both times so maybe I got lucky or it only makes a little difference . . . or maybe it was wrong both times and I'll get an amazing lay when I finally get it right???
