Welcome to the forum! I happen to be hosting a hammock hang up in Hale, Michigan on July 7-9. You could come and tent camp and see everybody's hammock set up.

Welcome aboard! Ton of info here on the forums. Also be sure to check out "Shugemery" on YouTube. Shug is a longtime forum member here and his videos are some of the best tutorials out there for hammock camping. Plus he's just plain fun to watch.

Welcome, I too was lurker here before I picked up my first hammock. Lots of good information here. Lots of videos as well, Shug's being the most prolific. check em all out and I do suggest going to the hang mentioned above if at all possible. I wish I had the ability to see some stuff before buying mine.
