A couple years ago we had an overnight father/son campout with our church. My friend had his hammock there and I was impressed! (Jealous, actually!) Went home the next day and told my wife all about it! Then, last summer my family bought a hammock for me for my birthday. My son, and son-in-law also got hammocks. We’ve made quite a few overnighters since.

That hammock started a cascade of events! I have eight grandchildren and after seeing ‘Papa’ having so much fun, they each have a hammock now too! The ‘disease’ spread to of the rest of the family and as of last week, we have a total of thirteen hammocks in the family!!!

hello from NWPA! Good luck to you two on the A100 hike, I'm very jealous, would love to be out there too. Laurie and I are heading to the SE corner of the Allegheny National Forest fir a couple nights, cross you fingers for nice weather
