[1] Many thanks to foxpoop and tacoma96 for keeping this most excellent hang going. Cant think of two better guys for organizing the John Rock Hang.
and,
"B" welp, 4-10 and loki are not going to be able to make this hang this year... DRAT!
(Thirdly) 4-10 and I are on a many-month journey and have been traveling westward since January.
We expect, God willing, to spend the remainder of this spring, the summer and early autumn adventuring in the Sierra Nevada mountain range.
and, in summary, here's a link to a few pics

"Climb the mountains and get their good tidings.
Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees.
The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy,
while cares will drop away from you like the leaves of Autumn." — John Muir
Loki, we will miss you and your crew this year. Enjoy your adventure. Let me know when you get back in town.
Straight out of Clayton.
Most physical hike: Grandfather Mountain, NC. Aug 13.
I don't need to make my pack lighter. I need to make my (_*_) lighter.
This is the hang that me and the wife got started hanging last year. My how we have learned and progressed in the hanging "art".!! Wouldn't miss it.
For those who have never made this hang, I would encourage you to try to come Thursday night. Friday morning is a lot of fun seeing the trail runners come through (Brevard Distance Runners Camp). The outfits and props seem to get more creative each year.
We'll miss you guys. Check out the June 8th pic on this site.
