It's my hope that hanging with a bunch of seasoned hammock campers will help him dial in his setup so he can get a comfortable hang. Sometimes the advice holds more weight than when it comes from the wife IYKWIM

Never been to a group hang. Been in the trees for a couple of years.

Does this park have RV spots?. Wife has to have "conveniences". She would enjoy seeing this, but have the knowledge that her soft bed was nearby while her hubby snuggled in his hammock.

there is a RV area but you'll have to reserve and pay for that spot yourself, it's not included in the group area. There are showers but they are a bit of a walk from the group area, pit toilets near by just watch for the spiders lol 20170421_210226.jpg

They said the new bathrooms in the group area should be completely functional come spring, so hopefully that holds true. Hot water, porcelain toilets, all that good stuff.
