    WBRR and DW Cinch Bug

Examining the point at which the diagonal lines coming off the spreader bars connect (using a Lark's Head) to the small triangular metal piece on my recently acquired RR I'm unable to figure out how to remove same in order to replace it with a Cinch Bug. Both ends of the line are looped which to me makes it appear impossible to get off that metal piece. Help with a clear explanation of how to do it, if possible, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to all who offer info.

Brandon has a video on this on the Warbonnet site.

Thanks for the tip, TrailSlug, but unfortunately that only addresses the strap portion not the lines coming off the spreader bars.

Perhaps the manner of securing those lines have changed. As they're secured to the single small triangular metal piece now it looks to be near impossible to get them off w/o cutting the metal piece. Both lines from the spreader bars have a loop in them which are the loops I'm assuming fit over the design configuration of Dutch's Cinch Bug. Does anyone have experience with this?

It's there. You just haven't found it yet.

    https://www.warbonnetoutdoors.com/videos/

Look in the video section for the video on "Spindrift bridge sock setup"

Brandon clearly shows how to disconnect the dog bones from the suspension triangle.

I do it often to install my spindrift.

Cinch bugs will be on my next order from Dutch. They will make the spindrift super simple to install, and ultra quick.

I know it's not the lightest gear, and it's a lot of stuff, but I use a canoe, so it's a lot like car camping, but without the other cars.

    Did you find the information?
It required a bit of aggravation before I figured it out, then I found the Warbonnet Video!

I try not to feed my dutch habit, however, I will have a look at the cinch bug (only) a quick peek won't set off my addiction, I hope.

Thank you gentlemen, a real big THANK YOU 'cause I was really perplexed as to the removal of this apex piece even though it might have appeared simple to others. The additional info as to where on WB's site the detailed info concerning this particular removal was, was also greatly appreciated as well.
