And now I just hijacked my own thread with discussion instead of just pet pictures. Argh!

Ransom, GSD, now age 9 years. Of my two dogs, she's the one always begging to come up in my hammock. Here she's just hanging out with my daughter and I in a day hammock in the park, but she's spent many a winter's night contentedly curled up in the footbox of my WBBB XLC!
While my biggest pup is no longer allowed in the hammock due to the strain it puts on his knees, and his sheer weight, my littest one still sleeps with me to this day.
Simba is a Stafford mix with a pasion for hiking. Unfortuantly, he also has artritis in his back knees that limit him to car camps, and short hikes lest I want to carry him back. The picture of him in the hammock was from my first hammock camping via canoe trip. He slept with me for a few hours before being sent away to sleep with my best freind in the tent. That entire trip was awesome though, we were super lazy and he basicaly sun bathed in this feild every day while we were camping. Dog never moved unless it came to eating, or bed time in the tent.
Second dog is lettie. My current little hiker. She is a bold dog that takes on anything. Rock hoping? okay! Snakes? Stops and waits to be carried around them. The pictures are from her first hike when she was only a few weeks old. The tiny dog is a hiking machine from the get go when she wanted to do nothing but hike along side fully adult dogs. She hiked about half the distance we were hiking on her first hike, and ultimately fell asleep while being carried the rest of the way. I have yet to find her max point in numerious long distant trips. We are actually about to go hiking in a week to greyson highlands at about 10mile a day. She's small enough to carry if she get's tired, but I honestly don't think she will get tired. She's a little energizer bunny.

I love this thread. We are between dogs right now, (my little buddy got cancer,) and seeing all these pictures of your hammocking pets makes me very happy! Please post more!
Ivy slept under the hammock this weekend. She is 6 yrs old, mystery mix and she doesn't mind her leopard print blanket because she also loves cats.
I sew things on youtube.
I don’t sew on commission, so please don’t ask. Thanks.
Here is a montage if my hammock camping buddy and overall adventure pal: Brooks.
He is the inspiration behind the Pet Palace by Cave Creek Hammock. Id buy one if you dont have one yet and have a pup who you dont want sleeping in your hammock all night with you.
