Having gotten a couple of questions let me answer them for the group. Depending on how many people come we should all be able to park near/next to the campsite. Which leads into the next thing. We have rented the group site which should host 40 or so people. Which leads to the next. The cost for all of this is $5.00 per person over 12. There may be an additional charge for wood. They allowed us last time to poach the woods for firewood but that will depend on what's available.

I am still working on the schedule with the available people I have talked to about teaching. I should have that up by the end of this weekend about the topics and times of the courses we will be offering.

Also there isn't much on the potluck dinner listed. I didn't read through all the pages. I work for a major food wholesaler and can buy at cost. Let me know what you need and I can bring it.

Since no one else has responded, I'll say I'm guessing it's not too late (the sheet from a previous hang was probably reused). We usually square up the cash at some point over the weekend - no advance payment is necessary. In terms of food, if there's no call for anything in particular, bring whatever you want, and it's likely to be eaten.
