I am not sure if anyone else has used these, but I have found multiple uses for pack-tach clips when hammock camping and hiking. I just happened to see a youtube video where someone was using them to make an extra clip on the outside of their pack without any sewing or hole-punching. You simply put the plastic piece inside the material, run the carabiner through the gap with the fabric in between and you have a fixed clip wherever you need with no damage to the material. Then, you just open the carabiner, unthread it, and you can take it off. In these images I used four of them to hang a quilt under my hammock like an underquilt. You can adjust them to any place on the quilt to make it hang just right for your situation.

Those screenshots are from my youtube video. Here is the video if you would like, also. At about 9 minutes in I show how I have it all hooked up.
