    Site problems

Okay I have been trying for two months to work out all the problems on my new site. I have fired the previous developer and have hired on a new one that is going through everything and fixing all the challenges. The biggest ones are that there is no drop down box for some of the products like zing it or amsteel. We are putting up a form to fill out that is you are not able to order something, you can fill it out and we will contact you and place the order personally. Not my idea of streamlined ordering but unfortunately until Tuesday, it is the best we can do. There are other products that add up the wrong price but show up correctly in the shopping cart. We have had the site up and down all week and I know it has been frustrating. It certainly has been frustrating and extremely costly on this end. I think you for your patience and the end product will be much smoother.
    Peace Dutch

All I can say is that if your attention to detail on your hammocks and other gear is nearly as good as the website, then I understand the following you've created. I'm still new to this whole hammock thing, but I've browsed your site quite a bit the past couple of weeks and I've found it easy to navigate.

I do need to order a few pieces from you though, now that I actually have a hammock and tarp.

These transitions are never easy. I thank you for the very quick acknowledgement and shipping on my recent order. It was weird how the order disappeared from "my account" Like it did. I knew the new site was still a little glitchy. It'll all come around. I hope all you're customers are patient and supportive.

Thank you for all you do!!!!!!!!

It's loads better than it was. Good move on letting the other dev go.

In addition to the drop down menus missing on some I noticed a couple of things today. I think it's bugnet or winter cover, they come up like $103. There were a few bits and bobs that came up as negatives, i.e. -$10.10 in a few spots too. I forgot exactly where, but maybe in Camping. Might have been eye dropper bottles.

No worries. I'm not going anywhere. Your phone customer service is awesome. So, take your time and work the kinks out!

Couldn't have said it better myself - all of us here will have the utmost patience with your transition bud! There's always going to be growing pains but hopefully they are worth it for you (they're worth it for us)!

    Stay awesome Dutch.

Is the Xenon Hex Tarp available yet? Or will it come out after the kickstarter orders are filled.
It's hard to find on the site and shows out of stock. I wasn't sure if it was due to problems with the site.
