Average Wait Time?

I made my very first order from HammockGear a while back and out of curiosity, how long does one usually have to wait for an order to be fulfilled?

I placed an order for;

1x Incubator 20
1x 11' Standard Cuben Fiber Tarp with doors
1x Mesh Sleeve

on March 31st and my account says that the order status is awaiting fulfillment.

Is it normal to wait 3+ weeks?

I have always had fast ship times (a few days for it to ship). Have you tried calling yet?

Howdy folks!
I just wanted to update everyone here on the progress of our orders. If an order shipped out quickly (sooner than 2-3-4 weeks) it's likely that we found the item in stock. These quilts are selling like hot cakes, so we're doing our best to get them out in the 3-4 week time frame. We've hired new people to help keep up with the demand, so that lead time should start to come down a bit. Tax returns, coming out with the Econ quilts, and the beginning of the hiking season all came to a head, but we are gaining ground. If anyone has a trip or anything, please contact me at [email protected] and we will see what we can do for you. Well, I got an email from HammockGear today stating that my Order Status has changed, to SHIPPED!!! Woohoo. Thanks!

I was just now reading this thread and thinking about the Econ Incubator I ordered on 4/6, when I magically got my "order shipped" e-mail!

What a great feeling!

I just placed an order for a HG Burrow yesterday. I feel like a kid who is waiting for the cereal box prize to arrive...never soon enough.

Took me less than three weeks from date of order to receive my econ 40 set

And... everything has arrived as of yesterday. So it took from 31-March-2017 to 25-April-2017 for everything to be made and shipped and from 25-April-2017 to 02-May-2017 for delivery to Alberta, Canada. That's 33 days total. Might even be 32, 'cause I think I ordered it pretty late at night. Overall, I'd say I'm pretty happy with that.

Big thanks to the folks at Hammock Gear for the excellent quality work. So far I haven't found a single flaw. I'm very pleased and I'll be posting a review on my site in the near future.

Just received my shipping information for my Burrow Econ 20 this morning. I ordered on Sunday, April 9th (at night), so we'll go ahead and call the actual date April 10th on Monday.

So that made it 31 calendar days, 24 working days for shipping. Exactly within the 3-4 week estimated turn-time.
