Just received my Bandit today! Can't wait to give it a go (but will probably be fall, 20 degree with one ounce overstuff in the footbox, and one in the body).

Anyone get a Bandit with the new sewn footbox yet? If so what are your thoughts? How do you like it?

Any one want to make me drool with some pics of your bandit, while I sadly wait on mine. I know it will be worth the wait but I'm so anxious and ready.

Also curious about this - I'm a little unsure of the square boxy footbox. Is it comfortable? Does it compress down easily?

I just got my 20 degree bandit today. I am thrilled with how it turned out. It was a hard decision on which vendor to go with, but I couldn't be happier with the Bandit. I definitely made the right decision. The construction and craftsmanship is definitely top notch.

I got mine with the sewn footbox, and it's really nice. It's comfortable, there's plenty of room, and I don't see any problem with it compressing down. I wear a size 10 EE shoe, and I have plenty of room. The footbox isn't nearly as squared off as it looks in the pictures.

I just walked in the house to mine, I knew it was on its way but that was FAST! This baby looks amazing, I really love the burnt orange!

I got my 20 degree 55" wide full taper Bandit today, actually yesterday but I wasn't home. This is a really nice quilt I was a little worried about the size of the footbox, but it is fine. I believe this will work just fine while in the hammock but if I ever have to use it on the ground I believe it will be a little tight side sleeping for me being 6'1" 235lbs. I am a little disappointed by that, but this being my first top quilt it is a learning experience and hopefully I will not be on the ground that much.
