Just wanted to thank Jack for outstanding customer service. Recently purchased a JRB deluxe bridge and couldn't be happier with the way it sleeps. I managed to tear a small hole in it when I got in with a forgotten pair or sissors in my back pocket. Jack personally returned my call and told me how to effect an inexpensive repair using a Tear-Aid repair kit purchased at Dicks Sporting Goods. Also available online.
