A week on the Georgia AT!

If you go to the GA AT Club website there's a form you can fill out. Five bucks and they'll send you a patch commemorating your completion of the GA section. Not really a huge deal but my wife and I thought it would be neat to have.

We're hoping to complete up to Fontana this year as well.

A week in Georgia starting from Springer is definitely on my bucket list. I may not have time to hike the whole trail, but I can definitely feel like a thru hiker for a week. Good review. Glad you had a good time.

So jealous.

I loved the 50 miles I hiked in Georgia. Don't even mind the crowds. The trail is great by itself. The hikers just add to the charm.

Georgia is pretty nice. I look forward to seeing more of NC.
