Hi all! Since we've gotten good stock from here before (thanks Leslie), I figured we'd go fishing again...
We're actually in need for a couple different positions, but the most immediate is a Fulfillment team member. Here's the rundown on what that means:
Fulfillment Team Member
- Work inside the floor fulfillment team to cut, prep, pack, and ship all orders
- Daily duties include but aren't necessarily limited to: fabric/insulation cutting, folding, component prep, splicing, and helping with OutdoorINK print division when needed
- Working knowledge of our product line is desired, but not a necessity. We can train you.
- Much more important than knowledge of fabrics are the following skills/traits: an upbeat attitude, working well with others, detail oriented, and a general desire to do things WELL (regardless of the task).
- Pay: Negotiable. This is an entry level esque position, but we do not pay anywhere close to minimum wage.
- Hours: 30+ hours per week, with core hours 9 am to 5 pm.

Basically if you're upbeat, can follow instructions, and like spending your time doing things well, we want YOU. There are a LOT of exciting things going on right now at RBTR too between new fabrics and materials coming online, OutdoorINK ramping up, and some other top secret, incredibly awesome stuff we haven't told you about quite yet.
We're also prepping for an upcoming move to our brand new 12,000 sq ft facility located HERE. This is going to give us tons of room for expansion and set the stage for an incredible 2017. If you're familiar with the area, this is off HWY 70 in Durham. Convenient for commuting from Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, etc areas.
