I haven’t had that happen with HG orders, but I have had USPS severely mess up tracking before. The best was to see an order “out for delivery” three days in a row.

I had a similar issue with the USPS. I placed an order for the Burrow Econ 20. I received email notification from HG stating my order was in the hands of the Postal Service and I was supplied with a tracking number. After a week there was no change in my order's status. I decided to wait a little longer. Two weeks later there still was no change. I sent an email to HG and Harry Carlson replied right away. He said he would check into the problem and get back with me. Harry emailed me the following day (February 21) and said the order had been handed over to the USPS but they apparently had no record of it in their system even though they had issued me a tracking number. Harry said they would make another quilt and ship it out without any further expense. He said I should have it no later than March 1. The very next day, February 22, I received an email from Harry saying they had just shipped my quilt and I had a new tracking number in my inbox. I received my quilt on February 26. Not only does HG have great products but they also have excellent customer service.

Well I got to try it out today. IT WAS COZY! Gotta learn to vent because my back started to sweat. My incubator may make me like cold-weather camping.
So this showed up on my doorstep on Thursday!!!! Come on winter!!!!

Sorry. I didn't post after it arrived Thursday. I unboxed it, set it up and Rip Van Winkled! Well not all weekend. Do love it. Can't wait for my next Backpacking trip. 2 weekends from now.
