I remember when I first joined Hammock Forums someone told me that hammocks were addictive. I thought to myself at that time "why would I need another one?" Now I laugh and laugh when I think about that!

You really can't ever have enough hammocks, quilts, tarps, suspensions, Dutch bling, etc. Good old Dutch just keeps making it easier for us to find new things that we never thought we needed.

Agree with everyone. It's an addiction. Enjoy the Dutch gear. Fiddling with hammock gear and bling is half the fun. I'm the same way with alcohol stoves. I like to just boil water at times for no reason!

Not more grown up, just more enlightened!

It's a long journey. I've gone full circle - back to blinglessness except for a couple of biners.

Sleeping in a hammock = addicting
Buying new hammocks? I'd just like to point out that none of us NEED more than one hammock. I have plenty of money in the budget and still have never once been tempted to buy another hammock.
