Ya I tried that before....I dunno if I got the "cheap" scrubby or not....but it wasn't for me.....tore it up in short fashion....but there again I'm relatively destructive lol.

Well, winds gusting 17 mph + - went out into the back yard and used the Loufa on my tarp that was flapping like an albatross and it went on well and quickly and stopped the issues with the wind - even though it ripped initially it did the job. Now going to get one for the tablecloth hammock as Big Blue tried to be a parachute and darn near yanked me down when attempting to take her down.

I just made mine last night from a $5 Walmart window sheer- the 84" long version. I wanted one long tube- as opposed to the two-piece design, so I cut two 75" lengths of fabric 11" wide, and sewed the ends together with a flat-felled seam. This left me with one long piece- approx. 148" long. After that, it was just hemming the long edges, and sewing a draw cord channel to each end. I used a small length of paracord for each drawstring, and added used cordlocks to cinch them down. My sewing skills are not very good at all, but I found this project to be fairly easy. And the snakeskin turned out great...not great looking...just great!
