I used a Kelty 12 for a couple years before I made my own tarp. I hang in a yukon double which is actually a 11 1/2' hammock, and never had a problem in rain. I've hung in a couple heavy rain storms and the Noah kept me nice and dry every time. Like others have said, little heavy, doesn't pack down small, but can't beat the price.
Here's my Dutch netless with the Noah 12, hanging in square config. It's in a modified "porch mode", I have my hiking poles at my foot end. The woot deal posted earlier is a steal! I've had mine a few years and it just came in a tube style stuff sack, and no lines or stakes.

Noah 12's are great tarps and Kelty's warranty is pretty darn good to. I had a leak in an old Noah and they sent me a new one no questions asked. Made me a believer for sure!
Here's mine over my 11' Dream Hammock Sparrow. Plenty of coverage, you can't even see my rig.
