Shelves or a hammock stand? I'm with hammock stand all the way. It would be a little easier if you had bigger sheets, but if you cut what you have into short arcs of 15' radius (inner) and 15'6" (outer) radius, you could construct a 2 or 3 layer arch that would be plenty strong. No bending necessary. I'll wager that plywood will be stronger than solid wood. All you need is a jigsaw, a flat surface, plenty of clamps and a bucket of gorilla glue. Once you're finished cutting, you can add a beer to the mix. Cut-layout-glue-clamp-wait. Then sand & seal.

Or you could cut it into shelves and store crap.

SIMPLE...cut the pattern out of multiple layers of plywood stagger/overlap the layers to make an arch of the desired length, glue layers together and clamp(you know this) Figure out how to make the base and jointery and there you go! A lot of labor but maybe a good result. Lots of jigsaw blades may be required as well as a lot of wood glue..
