What kind of distance between trees is recommended for the hammock chair?

Really anything more than about 4-5 foot would work...check out the photo of me in the chair on the Welcome to Idaho sign.

I saw that picture. 6-8 feet between posts?

Actually been trying to figure out where that sign is. Hwy 51?

Been carrying a Big Agnes Helinox chair. Nice chair, but weighs about 32oz. This would cut nearly 20 oz! Probably go with the 1.9 since I'm right up against the weight limit on the 1.1. Definitely going to roll this around in my head

Yah probably 8 foot on that set up but as you can see lots of extra room. So you can squeeze down a fair bit if you really had to... and still put your feet up. Sitting more like you were in a regular chair...less recliner...would let you reduce the space needed even further.

That sign is on 93 on the hill above Jackpot. The one on 51 is really small...single post...probably because it's in the Sho-Pai reservation.

Would be neat to get the chair in camo, preferably the Warbonnett leaf pattern.

I chatted with Paul about making one out of the outdoorInk pattern and he said I could order it from ripstop and have them ship it to him and he would make me one. I decided just go with the material he had.

Warbonnets fabric is theirs and I believe Brandon is patenting the pattern....You won't see that fabric for sale anyplace else on anyone else gear.
