Was just sent this listing by Massdrop. On gear that I am knowledgeable about, I know there is a wide range of how good the deals are.

The last time they offered a quilt it was made by Enlightened Equipment and "rebranded" for Massdrop. Assuming that is the deal this time it is a decent deal.
It's the same but $40 more expensive this time..
I hope it's a good deal. I ordered one.
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday...there is no someday.
Maybe I am missing something, but that seems like a great deal at $210 for a 20°. A comparable HG Burrow 20° is $265 (with sewn footbox.) The only real difference I can see is 800 vs 850 FP Down.
“The word hammockable (Meaning: two trees that are the perfect distance apart between which a hammock can be hung) is not in the dictionary, but it should be.”
If you look at the discussion thread someone from Massdrop offered a breakdown about why the price increase on the MD quilt:
Good question on pricing, so let me lay out some facts. Last time this was $180 for the 20 F with 750 untreated down. Upgrade to the 800 DownTek down was $25. Shipping was an additional $8 at least. so total then was $213 shipped, at minimum. This drop is $219 shipped for that same model, so we did increase the cost but only enough to cover the cost of shipping (and the overall cost of down fill has increased slightly on the marketplace).
For a fair comparison, make sure you check for the shipped price of an comparable quilt. EE used to offer free shipping fo quilts and now they don't. Hammock Hear offers an affordable 40F quilt, but make sure you compare price against a long and wide version, shipped. Again you will find those quilts are $50+ more expensive and save you less than an ounce by moving up to the 850 fill.
I don't think it is a good deal. we are guessing who made these TQ's who will warranty it if there is an issue? massdrop?
Do you really want to buy something as important as a TQ from a company that will not put their name on it?
If it is EE are we hoping they will built it to their usual quality standards? They wouldn't have to.
This might be how a company dumps its training models when they have new employees. Too many questions and no place to get answers to save what 20%
It's no guess... EE made them
