    HG CF Tarp with Doors

    Sold, payment received.

HG standard cuben fiber tarp with doors, 11ft ridgeline, CF double-ended stuff sack.
Includes door management system. Like new, hung three times. HG sells for $295 plus shipping. Yours for $265 shipped CONUS.

You can add these things to complement the tarp if you don't already have them:

    1. Two yellow Zing-it ridgeline tie-outs, and six orange Glowire tie-outs. $10
    2. Pair of Dutch Fleaz with Zing-it loops. $10
    3. Like-new Mountain Goat one-piece snake skin. $15
    4. Six Ti shepherd hooks for $6.

    What's your reason for selling?

If you are looking for insight into the merits and demerits of cuben fiber, this forum is littered with threads where the subject has been beaten to death. Seek and ye shall find. But even after reading all of those you will still be unsure until you actually try it. Life is like that, if you don't take a risk nothing happens.

From my side, the only advice that I can offer is this: If you are a multi-day hiker, you would be a fool (there it is again) not to have this tarp. If you are an overnight hiker your can go either way. If you are a car camper DO NOT get this tarp.

And if you are a long-distance or thru-hiker, I offer this gem:

I was more curious as to why you personally are selling it. Like, don't use it, have another one, or something specific that just doesn't work for your style. I realize how good this tarp is, it's been on my dream list for a while. But seeing such a great tarp for sale raised a flag to me as to why someone would want to get rid of one of these. As a long time lurker, thanks for the link and the response!

Does this tarp have the tie-back loops from HG?

Sorry, no loops (that's an extra $13 when you order the tarp from HG). With the door management system you don't need the loops. The DMS is included with this tarp.

I'll take the tarp and the ti hooks.

I have removed a number of messages from this thread. The OP can only sell the items listed as add on with the tarp and not as individual items as that would put this thread over the 3 item limit
