Thumbs up New Grand Trunk Skeeter Beeter Pro

Howdy y'all...I have got to give a shout to the folks at Grand Trunk. After reading a thread on this forum I decided to reach out to customer service. I have to say that I was more than impressed with the rapid response and thoroughness of the customer service I received. I had an email in response to my concern within 24 hours and a "brand new" GTSBP in my mailbox in less than a week. Super job GT! Thank you for your awesome service. ni

Glad to hear they took care of you.

I have also heard the same positive experience from someone else on a different forum.

That's good to know. My first hammock was a Skeeter Beater Pro. Great way to try out a hammock without spending too much money to see if you like it. I now have a couple of Warbonnet hammocks but I keep my Grand Trunk in my day pack for single day hikes and will sometimes hang it up for a quick nap or if I find a great view and just want to hang out for awhile and enjoy the view. Never had any issues with it but it's nice to hear that about their service.

It's nice to see companies take care of their customers! I too own a Skeeter Beeter Pro, and it's a really nice starter hammock, IMO.

Yesss! Grand Trunk is one of our favorite brands to carry because they consistently make customers happy.

+ The new line of hemp hammocks and flag hammocks are too rad.

Last night when laying on my hammock enjoying the beautiful weather in my back yard with the hammock flipped upside down (net on bottom) I noticed an area where the threading around the edge of the hammock had loose thread that appears to connect the 3 layers of threading. At first I was like oh, it is probably supposed to be like that, but it's loose enough that something could easily get snagged on those pieces of thread, anyone else have this along any of their seams? I'll probably contact GT
